Order online or call us directly. We prepare every order fresh from our Las Vegas facility.

Your food is packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep everything frozen solid through transit — no exceptions.
Ships Monday–Wednesday via UPS
We only ship early in the week to ensure your order doesn't sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders after 4 PM PST Wednesday ship the following Monday.
Transfer to Freezer Immediately
You'll get a tracking number when it ships. When your order arrives, transfer all items to the freezer right away. Thaw logs individually in the fridge as needed.

How is my order kept cold during shipping?
Every order is packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your food frozen solid in transit. Transfer all items to your freezer immediately upon arrival.
When do orders ship?
We ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS Ground or 2-Day Air. Orders placed after 4 PM PST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday to ensure your food arrives in perfect condition.
What if my order arrives thawed?
If your order arrives thawed or not cold, contact us immediately at (702) 490-9501 or rawinspirations1@gmail.com and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 48 contiguous states. We do not currently ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via UPS Ground or 2-Day Air depending on your location and the option selected at checkout.
Can I do local pickup instead?
Yes! Local pickup is available in Las Vegas during business hours. Call or text us ahead at (702) 490-9501 and we'll have your order ready.
